Descripción: Mexico performs a highly specialized position for the Company as he/she is responsible for managing game changes, tracking operational changes in the field and updating models as needed, assisting in departmental KPI tracking and monthly/quarterly revenue and product reviews, and assisting in product optimizations and new product roll out strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS: The duties of this role include but are not limited to the following:

 

> Maintain a comprehensive database of game library, product status, and performance data.

> Prepare regular market analysis reports on performance of Cadillac Jack games and competitor   products.

> Collaborate with Commercial team to propose actions / changes that meet the players profile and propose game

   changes to optimize and maximize profitability.

> Assist in departmental KPI tracking and monthly/quarterly revenue and product reviews.

> Regularly interacts Commercial team on matters concerning product performance data and any other analysis

   required.

> Responds to Commercial team requests with accurate and complete information and anticipates potential issues.

> Provide direction to Field Service and Commercial team for periodic product reconfigurations.

> Assist in OLAP cube maintenance with Product Management team.

> Deliver weekly performance reports to highlight trends, potential opportunities and areas of concern.

> Manage internal SQL databases used for performance and billing processes.

> Assist Finance team in auditing of monthly billings.

 

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

B.S. in Industrial Engineering

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Advanced English level

Strong analytical and product management skills required

VB and MySQL skills (recommended)
